No multipart only HTML

Is it possible only HTML and not multipart?I can't find a setting to just vesend HTML and no multipart. Yes, I know the disadvantages. I would still like to send only HTML.
 
Having text, along side with HTML makes your emails better, this is why you have plain text as well.
We don't plan to remove or change this functionality.
