New subscription form for all (change)

Hello everyone:

I just change the subscription form, and I've changed. From now on all the forms they will believe basing the new form created by me. But I want to apply this form to everyone, both new and old lists.

There will be some way through a SQL query, this function changes to all lists.

If you did your changes in Backend -> List page types, then you can delete the records from mw_list_page table.
You can run this query.

DELETE FROM `mw_list_page` WHERE 1;
