Could you please help me.. we do not want to show up the internal bounces, is there anyway where we can disable this function?

Those are a core part of the app, cannot be disabled.
All internal bounces are SMTP server related issues, solve this problem and these bounces will go away.

All internal bounces are SMTP server related issues, solve this problem and these bounces will go away.

Many of those internal bounces are caused on the other side, so one cannot resolve them easily or at all,
e.g.
# hop count exceeded - possible mail loop
# mail policy (oft with outlook but without good reason)
# lock failure (x-unix server procmail)
# temporary mis-configurations on the recipient server (crazy/incompetent admin)
# etc...

hello, @frm.mwz , @twisted1919 this "internal bounces" addresses will be automaticly removed from my list after a few times? (like soft bounces) ?
sometimes i have +20% "internal bounces"

Nope. They are not. Because this type of bounce should be retried for sending.
