These campaign are manually blocked from backend. You need to go in Backend > Customers > All campaigns and unblock them.Hi everyone!
I have 3 campaigns to setup warmup by warmup plans. But, 2 in 3 had blocked and I dont know why! Anyone can give advice what should I do?
You can check to whom the campaign was sent by accessing: Customer > campaigns > from options select "Campaign overview" and click on recipients number, also from backend > miscellaneous > campaigns delivery logs and here are all campaigns delivery logs.My list has 5000 email and column status tell my had sent 100% but column Delivered show 863 (17%). And I dont know the others email.
