Max Hard and Soft Bounce per Delivery Server, Customer, or List?

Is there a way to set the max hard and soft bounces per delivery server, customer, or list?

I see the max soft bounce "global" setting in Backend -> Settings -> Cron, I can't find any hard bounce setting anywhere.

My customers are all going to want different soft settings, but I can get them to accept a 2 hard bounce limit.

You can do this using Customer groups. The general setting for all the customers about the bounces rates can be found in the Backend->Settings->Customers->Campaigns->Max bounce rate.
