Managing User Credits

I created a group 1 with 5,000 send quota – how can I add more quota to just one user in this group. Not all the users in that group. I need to add credits to the users account as and when they purchase from us.

You can't add on individual users, your best bet is to have a separate group for that particular user and add the credits there.

Either you can change existing quota
or
you can reset quota when its reached.
