Manage send rates during warmup

I have warmup plan established and started the warmup process however I have notiiced that it will send all the emails at the top of the hour. How do I a set a sent rate while using the warmup plan that will more evenly space out the emails during the warmup period?

I think you can add a pause between sending each mail
