Has anyone been using Contabo as their VPS i'm looking to switch from using sitegrounds virtual Private server.

Would love to have some feed back and be pointed in the direction of if its a good option / is there already a tutorial?

Contabo's IP addresses are pretty bad, they have been used for spam and this shows. I would look for alternatives.

I'd go with any of the large providers, like amazon, google, etc.

I was specifically told from them to not use their services from them for this.

What do you mean, you asked google, amazon, etc and they told you their tos don't allow you to run an email marketing app?
That's weird, but there are plenty other providers you can choose from, like DigitalOcean, etc.
