MailWizz installation on AWS help needed

I require assistance setting-up MailWizz to take information from an SQL-generated list, populate the information in a specified email and interact with AWS SES to send the email. We will also be sending SMS messages and I mention this in case there are extensions that could manage the SMS component. Many thanks David
