List or segment on Geo Opens

Hi all,
i have a question, is possible create a List or Segment from a Geo Opens condition?
example :
all user from Italy --> List or Segment Italy
all user from a region or country ( Piedmont / Lombardy / etc ) --> List or Segment

There is a function or I need to do with download / import ?

@nemesis82 - you can do that if you have custom fields in your email list which have the information.

Ok, if I create a custom fields is possibile to auto populate with Geo stats ?
