I've just compiled a list of common senders and their rates for anyone who's interested.

o $0.10/1000

· ElasticEmail.com
o 150 000 free each month (5000/day)
o $0.10 / 1000 thereafter

· Tipimail.com
o 10 000/month free (1000/day)
o $0.77/1000

· Mailgun.com
o 10 000 Free Thereafter $0.50/1000

· Pepipost.com
o $15 / 100 000 ($0.25/1000) After that $0.60/1000.

· SparkPost.com
o $0.75/1000

· Sendgrid.com
o $0.225 / 1000 (40 000 at $9/month)

· Newsmansmtp.com
o 50 000 each month at $15 ($0.30/1000)

· Mandrill.com
o $0.80 / 1000

· Dyn.com
o $250 month 500 000 ($0.50/1000)

· Mailjet.com
o 6000/month free
o $10/month for 30 000 ($0.33/1000) Best Plan

· Leadersend.com

Are do you know if there are docs listing the various send limits? (Either daily, or per hour, etc)

Limit details are usually in the provider's help/support section, or sometimes in the setup pages, but the last resort may be to contact their support.
