Hi

How are you guys running list cleaning to remove old emails & inactive subscribers?

This looks like a very messy way of doing it: https://kb.mailwizz.com/articles/move-inactive-subscribers-command/

Possible Better Options
1) Is there a way to have it run on ALL campaigns for a client and update a custom field to 'inactive' or the subscriber status?
2) Maybe have an autoresponder that get's sent and if they don't click a link their status updates to inactive?
- what would be the best way of doing this?

Bump. Current workarounds are just that — workarounds. Would love a "smarter" (or automated) way of doing this.

I was looking for this too, I'm using the cron job in the link you mentioned and it works great. However, there's no way we can reverse that process if a moved subscriber clicks (to add them back to main list - now that they have click activity)

Unless I'm missing something.
