Linking Wordpress to Mailwizz

Hi im sure this has been asked many times. How do I link my Wordpress to mailwizz?

When someone enters their email and submits that email becomes a subscriber on mailwizz.
 
This is done via the API. There are wp plugins such as layered popups or eform which integrate with mailwizz by default, you can use those as well.
