The easiest way would be to have the desired language pack and uploaded in the Backend->Extend->Languages. Maybe here you can find it: https://forum.mailwizz.com/forums/translations/

If you want to translate it your self, just create a new Language in the Backend->Extend->Languages

After creating it, you can click the button view Translations and you will be able to enter and save the translations there.

Another way would be to export the newly created language translations. MW will export them as php files having as messages the english version and the same as the translation. You can start modifying those files.
