Is it possible to migrate over campaigns from one account to another?

We merged 2 separate user accounts and the user is wondering if we are able to move across the campaigns from the old account to the new one?

Unfortunately that's not something easy to do at this point, you'd have to edit the campaigns table in database and switch the customer_id values from the old one to the new one, and also do the same in lists table.
But this is just a suggestion, things might work weird afterwards, proceed on your own risk.
