Internal Bounces that I think should be Hard (or Soft)

I have seen some bounces that have descriptions that appear should be categorized as hard (or maybe soft) but are internal. For example:
  • 552-5.2.2 The email account that you tried to reach is over quota. Please direct
  • 550 Rejected
  • 550 table.social blacklisted in {base64}
Or am I maybe misunderstanding what internal bounces are?

Thanks

From these, maybe just "550 table.social blacklisted in" should be categorized as internal, the rest to are okay to be soft and hard bounce.

Is there something I need to do to recategorize them? Or is this something you just add in, in future updates?

Thanks

@corey34 - i'll be adding new rules which will be automatically updated on your server at midnight ;)
Cool, thanks.

For those that are real internal bounces, how do try to understand what happened? For example, what would I do to investigate this: "550 table.social blacklisted in {base64}"

I have never seen that message, so i am not sure what to tell you it means.
OK, no problem. I think I am just trying to understand what I could do to look into it more. It's not a big deal if a few of these internal bounces happen but it seems that they are starting to show up more and more. Below is a list of the unique internal bounces one of my customers received. Internal bounces were about 1% of her sends, which seems really high. Are these being categorized incorrectly and/or do I have some other problem.

This might be more information than is needed but wanted to share as much inofmration as I had.
