Install - no crontab for ... ?

i have an error:
when i put : crontab -l
it show error: no crontab for ....
when i put : crontab -l > mwcron
it show error: no crontab for ....

please help me, how to creat a newfile crontab

i used centos 6

@tannguyentee - that looks good to me, schedule a campaign for sending and if it sends, then you're good to go
