Please, how I can insert an image into mailing campaign

It's pretty simple actually.

First go into Backend -> Extend -> Extensions and click on CKEditor title. From next page, enable the file manager for customers and users and save your changes.

Next, go to your campaign template, and in the editor, click on the image icon, followed by the Browse Server button.
This way you can upload images into your own web space and embed them into your newsletters when you want.

we have tried the above steps but the ckeditor doesnt appear in the campaign page.

Does the ckeditor appear when you try and edit List Page Types in the backend?
