Increase Email Delivery Speed

My server is PHP-FPm and has pcntl installed

I have configured the cron settings as follows https://www.screencast.com/t/unfKXqnWU

But still when i check the delivery logs, no more than 200 emails are sent per minute. Also, there is a gap of 2-3 minutes of no activity between sends.

Why is this happening?
 
During this can you check your RAM usage, as you allocate 1 GB and it may fully utilized during your campaign.
