In Your Opinion, What is the Absolute Best Set Up For MailWizz + Postal ?

Hi,
Would love to hear from experienced mailserver admins.

I have purchased MW 2.3.9 and we have about 500,000 contacts we are going to be reaching out to
on a regular basis. Some quite warm contacts ( for us ) some cold-ish. All B2B.

My current plan is to set up MailWizz on a vps running CentOS7 and CWP from OVH
and then set up two other vps from OVH running ubuntu 20.04 with Postal each server with 4 IP addresses.

The idea is to send emails by this system on behalf of mydomain.com ( setting the required DKIM SPF DMARC ).

(We can not afford the PMTA just now and don't want to use a hacked version.)

So is this a reasonable set up. Are there better ways to do this?
Should I use the postal api?
Any recommendations on the configuration?
Any recommendations on the reading about the configs?

Many thanks.
Dave

I can tell you Postal is very solid.
I advise you not sending emails to people that didn't opt-in, you're just wasting bandwidth and those emails are going to be labeled as spam.

Hi,
thanks for reply. Our warm contacts are our customers or previous customers, the cold-ish ones are recommendations.
We try to get recommendations from all our clients, but of course they have not opted in anywhere.
Are you saying it is a waste of time getting recommendations?
Will the emails go to spam folder - how to reach out to these ones then?
