Is there a way to import customers from a csv file via the backend ?
or is there a script for handling such tasks ?

And, how/where to setup my amazon ses credentials in mailwizz ?

No that is not possible.

Backend > Extend > Extensions > Amazon S3

You cannot bulk import suscribers ? not even a php script for doing that... I have 20k emails from mailchimp.

I was talking about Amazon SES credentials not S3
