I can't to create my first backup snapshot

My backup extension module tell me:

• [2015-06-15 09:15:13] - Starting the backup process...
• [2015-06-15 09:15:13] - Checking to see if the storage directory exists...
• [2015-06-15 09:15:13] - The storage directory exists.
• [2015-06-15 09:15:13] - The directory for this backup is: /srv/www/getforklift.com/news/backups/1434359713
• [2015-06-15 09:15:13] - Checking to see if the directory for this backup exists...
• [2015-06-15 09:15:13] - The backup directory does not exists, trying to create it...
• [2015-06-15 09:15:13] - The backup directory has been created.
• [2015-06-15 09:15:13] - Starting the database backup process...
• [2015-06-15 09:15:13] - Database backed up successfully!
• [2015-06-15 09:15:13] - Starting the file system backup process...
• [2015-06-15 09:15:47] - Unable to backup the file system!

Make sure the backup directory is outside the directory where mailwizz is installed.
If mailwizz is installed at /srv/www/getforklift.com/news/ then the backups should be in /srv/www/getforklift.com/backups/
