If you use SMTP to amazon ses, then make the messages per connection 100 or even 500 (find their current max), this will make it significantly faster. If you use web hook, this can be much slower than smtp. Test both, but in almost all cases I tried, smtp wins over webhook in terms of speed. 80k can be done in 1m, if ses allows you such injection speed. It should definitely be done in 100m even on a weak server.Dedicated :
