HTTP ERROR 500 - template

I'm trying to upload any mail template and on save the browser loads for 1 minute and then it gets crashed with HTTP ERROR 500.

Nothing in error logs .. I tried to increase memory, upload, timings limits .. nothing can solve the problem.

problem solved, it was because of some intern CSS
