How to use Email box monitor?

I have a campaign that sends emails from the address 1@domain.com. I also have an Email box monitor for 1@domain.com. The condition of the box monitor is to copy all replies containing "Dear" (which is all of them) to List 2. But it doesn't seem to be working, as list 2 is empty even though many people have replied to the campaign.

My goal in this is to later send a followup email campaign to everyone who didn't reply to the first campaign.

What am I doing wrong?

Did you add the cron job for email box monitors ?

Thank you, that was it. I had assumed the cron job for this was listed along with all the other cron jobs.

@Gizmo321 - There's an INFO box near that options, which should be clicked to see what the option does and then you'd see the cron job too
