How to set up the a series of letters for new registered user?
eg:
- Welcome
- Import subscribers
- Letters setting
- reports
- cases
- etc.

- Welcome
You do that in the welcome messages, either in mailwizz (or in your own CRM).

- Import subscribers
You either let them do it or explain in the welcome message (and your ad before) that only you do that.

- Letters setting
Yours are yours, theirs are theirs...(sorry, you need to read the manual and look around the app a little bit before asking...).

- reports
Either see stats for email delivery reports,
or see ticket sys (if you mean customer reports of their problems; you may set that up separately or within your CRM or use a mailwizz addon).

- cases
See ticket sys.

- etc.
???

Again, it would be much easier to help you, if you would formulate clearly what you want in more detail.

Родной язык Русский, если так будет легче, то мне необходимо понять, как в скрипте майвиз настраивается автоматическая цепочка мисем.
Чтобы вновь зарегистрированным пользователям начиналась автоматическая отправка писем, которые будут их обучать работе в сервисе.

go to campaigns
choose autoresponder (AR)

If you mean clients as 'clients of using your email service', then they will setup their ARs themselves, or you provide that service to them.
If you mean clients as 'subscribers to the lists in mailwizz', then you create the ARs, and import your existing subscribers and have new ones added by subscription form.
