how to set single_opt_out as a default

my problem is when customer create list, default selection of mw is the "double opt_out".
how to set "single opt_out " in the default of the customer selection for the list?

You'd have to edit the database structure and set the signle opt-in as the default. The you have to clear the database cache, that is, rename/remove apps/common/runtime/cache folder.

choice of single/double opt-in and
