how to send your news letter to your subscribers, who have Facebook Email address

Hi I have 1m facebook Email name and addresses in my subscriber list uploaded I want to send them the news letter, I have a dedicated server but only 1 IP address I want to use, anybody knows how to do this without getting to trouble with facebook

Just don't send too much at once and fast, but send them during a week or two weeks for example.
