how to never blacklist an email that is tracked opened

Hello,
I send emails using a private postal SMTP.
Some of my campaigns emails are reported back from postal as HARD bounce to mailwizz. So they are automatically blacklisted. The problem however, is that some of those emails are actually valid! they are tracked as opened or clicked in their respective custom field. Can you explain why does this happen? are those email being opened by real people or a system of verification.

Is there a way to never blacklist an email that is tracked opened?

Thank you

If they are reported as hard bounces, they aren't valid for sure.

It's the spam filter on your server that opens these emails to validate their contents.

This is a terribly bad idea, don't do that.
