Could you please let us know how to use PMTA endpoint to process bounces, complaints, etc in Mailwizz 1.9.14?

If you have installed mailwizz in https://www.your-domain.com/ then it will be accessible at https://www.your-domain.com/index.php/dswh/pmta
If you have installed mailwizz in https://www.your-domain.com/sub-folder then it will be accessible at https://www.your-domain.com/sub-folder/index.php/dswh/pmta

Make sure the pmta server is configured to include the original Message-Id header.

Unfortunately no, as we don't use pmta. But their support/docs should help with this.
