How to create custom tag ?

In the body of the email I need to have the output of the encoded in base64.
Ex: tag [EMAIL_BASE_64] outputs the subscriber email base64 encoded.

I have done this in the past and now I can't remember which files I edited to achieve this and I reinstalled mailwizz on another server.

Is [EMAIL:filter:base64encode] still the correct tag to use to encode the email addresses when passed from a body url?

I am assuming so since that is what is in apps/common/components/utils/EmailTemplateTagFilter.php but wanted to confirm since this last response is 2 years old. :)
