How to assign specific delivery server to customer registration emails?

Those are transactional emails afaik, so you could use the "use for" flag when you create a delivery server, and set that for transactional emails only.
 
Thanks for reply. Yes, I already did it but the customer confirmation link not sent threw that server, Some time confirmation email are sent from different delivery server.

I want to send notification email and customer confirmation email send from particular one delivery server.

If you have other servers used for all area, then those servers might get selected before this one. What you can do, just lower their probability, from 100% to 90, and keep only this one to 100%, this way this one will be selected first.
