How should I automate this part?

Hello everyone.
I would like to know if it is possible to automate the sending of a newsletter to all those people who have not opened it in 48 hours as well as to send a discount to those who clicked but did NOT buy.
How should I automate this part, or rather both?

You can automate both, by using segmentation and actions on link click.
