How long to get a problem looked at ?

I sent a first mail last week but they told i have to open the ticket. I opened the ticket yesterday and got a reply today that went to spam folder asking for the data i sent on first email.
I replied around 8 hours ago and got no more answer.

How can i get help ?
 
@pjssms - we got your ticket and we're fully aware of it, i am really sorry for the delayed support.
It's just sometimes we have lots of people that need our support, which means support replies will be delayed, but no worries, nobody will be left behind, we're always answering.
Just make sure you provide all the info requested in the tickets and that the info is working so that when we reach your ticket we don't have to require more info in order for us to fix the issue.
