How do i raise File size limit to above 100MB

I want to know where in the files i am able to change the max File size limit from 100MB to maybe 500MB.

apps/common/models/option/optionbase.php

@Thomas Boerre - we also added a hook in that place so you can easily hook into and add as many options as you need. From next version
