How do I know if my IP's are properly warmed up?

Hi,

I was told that my ips were warmed up by the person that created my mailwizz account.

How can I verify if they were / are properly warmed up?

@frm.mwz okay thanks and if it is then it is properly warmed up?

my concern is that i sent 18k one day then 18k the next 2 days and no volume for weeks then same pattern and inboxing is low.. ESP with gmail.com... so trying to figure out anything i can do to fix

regular traffic is important, which is why using third party DS is useful
 
thanks for the explanation,, i am using ovh which is a 3rd party..? what wouldnt be a 3rd party DS? isnt mailwizz BYODS?

If you email from the same server as mwz sits on, then this is not considered third party.
