How did you guys pass Amazon SES daily limitations?

Hi
I got my amazon ses to work but now I want to increase it's daily limitation (200per 24hrs).
What do you guys used to submit for production access? My site is new so now it does not have any policy pages or what so ever. Any recommendations?
 
I think you should be honest and explain them you need to send those emails to your subscribers and they'll give you production access.
However, you should be ready to use other alternatives since SES might block you fairly easy.
