Help with the shortcodes

Hello, I am asking for help, we have made the changes and the shortcodes do not work. Attached I put a screenshot of a test email received.

Also, some of the template tags will only work when you send an actual campaign, not just a test email. But also what @laurentiu said, add here the entire source of the email template as well.

seems you are sending test template however these thing will work with proper sending/schedule campaigns as @twisted1919 suggested.
