Header and footer

Hi,
when i send a "test email" through the dropdown menù i not receive the complete email with header and footer configured by backend --> customer area. Only the source code of the template.
There is a way to include the header and footer in the "Test Email" ?

NB: i have also added header and footer in Backend / Settings / Customer but not work .

Hi,
yes i known i resolve with a test campaign but my team create a lot of a test campaign ( wrong/error/etc ) and we need to delete old test every day (much test... )
I need to avoid this extra effort using the Send Test Mail function from campaign Dashboard .
