[FIXED] Current server time is correct in UTC, however MailWizz time looks out of sync, emails were sent 4 hours delayed

UPDATE: Fixed -- it's in customer settings

What could be causing this issue? Why are emails sent 4 hours delayed? I checked the server time and it looks correct

It must be a mailwizz issue? I checked server settings/common settings and couldn't seem to find a Time setting.
