Filter based on Openers - Opened in Last 30 days

I want to target people who open/clicked in last 30 days. How do i create such filter to send a campaign.

You could use
the subscriber filters form
or
campaign setup choice for which camps had opens (and those camps happened at certain times, hence in/out of your 30d window).

But I cant see any way to use the data in subscriber filter form during campaign sent out. Or create a list out of it after a entering a condition in subscriber filter form.

Regarding campaign openers, It is campaign wise filter. I wish to have openers of any campaign within last 30 days, 30-60 days, 60-90 days like that.

Any plan in future release for such segmentation on list. Like people open in last 30 days, 30 to 60days irrespective of any campaign but last open date.

export is an option, so you can use it for a list
