hi @twisted1919 ,
When a customer uploads an image using the media / file managed it uses the full URL but this URL is NOT masked with the tracking domain so when the email goes out, the true / main url is shown, not the tracking URL

Any ideas on this please how to resolve this?

This should not be the case at all, the editor inserts absolute urls in the email, so if you have a tracking domain for the domain these urls belong to, then it will just work.
