File Manager & GrapeJS Template Builder

Hey there, just two quick questions:
- how do I access the files / assets in file manager from within the GrapeJS drag-n-drop builder please?
- when enabling file manager for customers, is that correct that each customer has their own directory area? If so, is there a way to have common assets for the customers or customer group?

You can access file manager from CKeditor after you toggle your template builder by click on an image or select image from CKeditor header.

That is not possible.

Thanks for the prompt reply. The issue is, when I insert an image block into a template from GrapeJS, I then click on the image and I dont access file manager assets, I have to upload everything again. I dont want to use CKeditor, but how do I access file manager assets from the lauded GrapeJS template builder?

You can't access file manager from GrapeJs.

Disappointing that I had to pay your support charge to find out about another thing that could have been mentiond in the KB articles or that it's an ill thought out feature.
