I own a lot of ips addresses, and they are correctly registered in most feedbackloop services. I've created a alias to receive all the complaints to a separated mailbox for example: email@example.com. The messages are getting delivered correctly and I 've set up feedback loop server section in mailwizz. Mailwizz deletes all messages from there but I can't see any information in "abuse reports" section. When I receive any feedbackloop complain message (regardless of mailwizz), I have a script that automatically I "visit" the list-unsubscribe link from the message header. Is this why I can't have the "abuse reports"? I want to have in mailwizz the feedbackloop feedback to control and moderate my customers.... Do I have to relate each feedbackloop mailbox to each customer that I want to get the reports? I leave the "client" field empty in the feedbackloop servers section. Thanks in advance.
