Failed to authenticate on SMTP server with username "XYZ" using 2 possible authenticators

Hello,

I am facing this issue at the moment, however, it is a bit specific, when i add SMTP that is hosted on the same server as the MailWizz it self, everything works fine, however when i try to add some external SMTP i got this error. All my SMTPs are created by WHM/cPanel, can you please help me with this ? I tried everything but nothing seems to work, my php and openssl are up to date.

@FenixMedia - WHM by default does not allow external smtp connections. You'll have to change the WHM settings to allow this.
