Export Campaign bounce log

Hi,

I am wondering if there is any way to export campaign bounce logs?
I'd like to do this so that I can sort the hard and soft bounces, then include this in reporting.

Unless of course, there is another way to do this. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey,

If you go to your campaign overview, and you click on View Details from the Bounces box, and then click on Export reports, doesn't that do the trick for you?

when i export all blacklist mails (including bouces) i can see all reasons why my e-mail was not delivered. But the csv comes like this on some lines:

any particular reason?

Try to open the file with Notepad++ for example or any other editor for CSV files.

Actually no, notepadd++ shows that the format of the CSV is correct.
I guess youy have to try OpenOffice or LibreOffice to open those csv files.
