Export all unsubscribes

Thank you Twisted1919, when creating new lists is there a way I can remove any emails in this new list that have previously unsubscribed from any of my existing user's lists automatically?

In Customer > Lists > "Your list" > Update and you have Subscriber actions > Actions when unsubscribe
