Hello,

We are a real estate brokerage seeking to implement email marketing into our strategy. In the past, we used Interspire, but we've decided to explore new options. Our goal is to send at least 300,000 emails per day, and we have recently purchased MailWizz, along with 30 tracking domains. However, we are facing challenges with setting up the SMTP server and managing sending domains.

Our objective is to reach out to potential buyers and property owners through cold outreach, and we aim to schedule month-long campaigns in advance. Unfortunately, our attempts to hire four companies to set up five servers have not been successful, as most of them took the money and disappeared. Now, we are looking for a reliable partner who can assist us technically, maintain our email reputation by replacing the SMTP server when needed, and work with us on a monthly contract basis.

The idea behind having five sending servers is to ensure we can send a campaign each working day while maximizing inbox deliverability. We have experienced issues with non self-hosted platforms banning us due to real estate content, and using gmass led to frequent blocking after a few days.

If anyone here possesses the necessary experience and can provide us with an SMTP solution, alleviating the technical burden, we are open to entering a monthly contract. Finding a suitable partner who understands the unique challenges of the real estate industry and can help us maintain a strong email reputation is crucial to achieving our marketing objectives.

Currently we have no sending ability. I have mailwizz installed but haven’t used it yet.
