Error registering mail in the registration form.

This happens when there is no available delivery server for the system to pick and send the actual email, so check that first and make sure you have an active delivery server.
 
@Rafael Lins - If you have a delivery server and it works, then the above should work just fine.
Did you do any change to customer permissions against delivery servers? Maybe that customer isn't allowed to use the delivery server?
