It happens when you upgrade from 1.x to 2.x and use custom extensions or the ip related extensions, so try to disable them and the error will go away.

remove - Ip location - freegeoip.net

Started working again. Do I need to do anything else?

You can remove all those extensions related to IP, you don't need them, just disable them.
